I've had a few things on my mind lately and was going to write a completely introspective and serious entry--but not right now.

Party design borrowed from max_ambiguity, here's what happened at the Halloween festivities:


filmnoir6's Halloween party: (who dressed as a monk in training)

adams_eve dressed as Camilla Parker-Bowles when she becomes Queen..
adoralyna dressed as a restless devil.
avianity dressed as something local, but what, specifically, you can't tell.
beatgirl dressed as a character from Harry Potter and the Cauldron of Miami.
flaquita dressed as a swift cheese, though it looked more like Jack the Ripper in a time machine, complete with gory knives.
flourish_leslie dressed as Tori Amos.
fragmentedream didn't even show up and doesn't get any candy. (I'm sure something came up.)
irisira03 dressed as Pavlova the ballerina -- dancing en pointe too!.
jmiestarsafreak dressed as Nosferatu the Supreme Vampire.
journlynne dressed as a catcher for the Tigers.
lethebasii dressed as Mde. Lachienne Foutue d'Enfer -- you don't wanna know..
libwitch dressed as Lady Godiva without the horse and far too little hair!.
lulurenegade dressed as a new member of the Wu-Tang Clan, Insane Swami.
mahala_lj dressed as the Governor of Alaska.
matchgirl42 didn't even show up and doesn't get any candy. (She was busy in new home :) )
max_ambiguity dressed as a very fake witch-doctor complete with a collection of shrunken skulls...
misfitina dressed as Jerry Bruckheimer's grandfather, though it looked more like Sybil - except that Sybil didn't show but the other 13 personalities did..
mitejen dressed as Mr. Spock from "Star Trek".
ms_noemi dressed as a pirate.
muckalarkuary dressed as Joan Jett.
my_daroga dressed as John Adams.(?)
panthalassa3d dressed as Sigfried in need of testosterone.
rainysdays dressed as a badger.
roguepuppet dressed as Josephine Baker but the banana "skirt" didn't survive the night.
sevenjades dressed as the Great Pumpkin (with gifts!). (??)
stefanie_bean dressed as your mother-in-law, and it suited them disturbingly well.
tkp dressed as a bottle of Sertoft.
trouble_brewing dressed as Alice (because it was a good costume).
viana_qoh dressed as a knife. (Complete with sheath!)
