Here is a meme that asks you to fill in the first ideas that pop into your head in response to each respective question. Then repost 5 various questions in your journal to see what responses come from your friends.
1. When a woman becomes President of the United States, these three things should also happen:
2. Will David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson be forever typecast as Mulder and Scully and thus relegated to theatre work for the rest of their acting careers?
3. Do you think ipod and satellite music will usurp airwave radio?
4. Does the phrase "12 mini-dates lasting 6 minutes each" seem like a commodification of relationships/dating?
5. Should movies begin telling stories again instead of displaying effects gadgetry (Norman Jewison, Irving Thalberg Award acceptance speech, 1999 Oscars)?
